questions about certain skills..
Necro:
Lingering Curse and Defile Flesh, are their less-healing effect stackable? like (20%+33%)=53% or are they just count as (heal*80%)*67% depends on which is the cover hex? I heard of someone said they are not stackable and only count as 33% before the update, if its true after this update it will stay at the highest less-healing effect (33%) when two hexes are on? Mesmer: Illust Wep, can I run a Me/A with high Dagger Mastery and end up higher chance of dual hit? Just wondering had somebody tried it over / result? Thanks a lot. Lingering Curse and Defile Flesh should theoretically stack, whether they do or not I can't verify. Either way, healing reduction caps at 40%. For the record, your second math equation is the right one, almost everything in this game is done by multiplication.
As for Illusionary Weaponry - yes, higher Dagger Mastery does give you the chance to "double-strike" more, even though you're not really hitting the target. Just remember that assassin attack skills are completely pointless - leads can't hit to chain to offhands, and just trying a dual will fail since there's nothing chained to it. |

Mathematically, and logically, they are multiplied together. In any case, it would result in 53.33333333% healing. (0.8*0.66666667) The answer is the same, but yeh.
